Sometimes the bright lights hide the fact that there is so little real light in the most glittering urban places.

We all long for light in the inner places of our lives.  One of the ancient spiritual sages wrote:  "In him was life, and that life was the light of all people.  The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."
