corruption again

Trevor Manuel's list of NINE is interesting reading ... and corruption is up there.  We have almost stop being surprised.  The news tells us it's there everywhere ... the 'democracies' we are supposed to admire so much seem as bad as we are.

"If you see the poor oppressed in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both  are others higher still."
Our ancient philospopher saw clearly!  The question is: am I part of the corruption and injustice?
